Sunday Brunch with Zach Fellman

Zach Fellman brings a funky, beachy vibe to the party, but there’s more to the story than meets the eye. Classically educated from Japan to St. Louis and points between, Fellman graduated from the University of South Alabama with a piano performance degree - while working on an oyster boat. Over a 20 year career, Fellman has been active in dozens of bands, been a church organist and choirmaster, toured the country multiple times, performed for clients including multibillionaire Ray Dalio and celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, opened for artists including Trombone Shorty, Biz Markie, and the late Dr. John, been apart of the house band for the House of Blues Foundation Room, and has played at storied venues such as the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville and Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles.  Fellman, a multi instrumentalist and singer, is currently active in seven bands. Two of those bands, Blackwater Brass and District Lights, have amassed nine local Covey awards during the last several years. Fellman is also an active solo musician and half of a dueling pianos show, The Fabulous Flying Steinway Brothers, who enjoyed a summer residence at the Hard Rock Casino.  Equally at home on a private island in Connecticut or a Long Beach beer bar, Fellman brings his diverse experience and singular flair to every gig he plays.
