Molly Thomas Trio

Molly Thomas is an accomplished career artist with a strong point of view fronting a dynamic and experienced band of musical collaborators. She was born in Ocean Springs, and that can be heard in the strains of her music loud and clear. A poet and song maker steeped in the brine of the Gulf of Mexico early on and then tempered by several years in Nashville honing her skills as a player and writer among and with her peers, Molly has toured and recorded with Todd Snider as a singer and musician with appearances on Letterman and Leno late night broadcasts. She is a strong dedicated charismatic presence and an engaging singer songwriter.

Rick Hirsch (guitarist, formerly with Wet Willie, Gregg Allman, Cher, Joan Armatrading and John Keuler (bass, guitar and background vocalist) are both part of Molly Thomas and the Rare Birds, a gutsy band that has performed together for several years.
