About the event
Starting out 18 years ago as a straightforward blues band - The Michael Vincent Band or “MVB” as they have come to be known by many, has logged thousands of miles and hundreds of gigs. Originating from the Northeast, Michael set out at the age of 18 yearning to find the home of the blues. He found it in Mississippi where he has been based ever since. In his travels he met 9 time Grammy nominated blues producer and BB King Band Alumnus (1969-1976) Ron Levy. After many years in semi-retirement Ron was inspired by Michael to return to the stage in 2018 with a sold out show at Pitman's Freight Room in Laconia, New Hampshire backed by Michael's band. Several gigs and a few recording sessions ensued with Ron at the Hammond B3 - tastefully backing and directing the band. When Covid-19 hit the world…
