Ground Zero Blues Club Biloxi, in collaboration with The Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort and the Keeping Keli Foundation, is proud to present the Gulf Coast Community with an unforgettable event - the 2nd Annual Joyful Noise Mural and Music Festival.

𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍!!! 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞! 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞! Yesssss, We're adding Ground Zero Blues Club Biloxi's Amazing Sunday Brunch to the festival mix so be sure to come out and enjoy a full day of 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒔, & 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 by, local artisan, Chris Street and while all at the same time, you'll be supporting a great cause.
